House rules

Dear Guests,

A warm welcome to our apartments! We are delighted that you have chosen to stay with us. Our goal is to make your stay pleasant, comfortable, and carefree.

To ensure everything runs smoothly and without inconvenience, we kindly ask that you take a few minutes to read through our house rules.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you are familiar with the house rules and agree to abide by them.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • It is mandatory to provide a photo of a valid ID showing: full name, address, date and place of birth, and document number.
  • Apartment keys can be collected from the lockbox located at the entrance.
  • Check-in is available from 4:00 PM  on the day of arrival.
  • Please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

TOURIST TAX

  • The tourist tax is charged on the day of departure:
  • €2.50 per day for adults
  • €1.25 per day for children aged 7 to 18

DURING YOUR STAY

  • Upon check-in, you will receive a code for the lockbox containing your keys, which must be returned to the same place upon departure.
  • Always keep the main entrance door closed. Close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, in common indoor areas, and at open windows. Violation may result in cleaning fees or damage charges.
  • Bachelor or bachelorette parties and similar events are not allowed.
  • Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not permitted. If this rule is broken, an additional night's stay will be charged.
  • Please do not damage or remove any inventory. Rearranging furniture or equipment is also not allowed.
  • Guests are expected to leave the apartment in the same condition as they found it.
  • Guests are financially liable for any damage caused by themselves or by persons for whom they are responsible.
  • In case of damage, please contact us immediately at +386 41 500 818 or +386 40 412 047.
  • Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid making noise during these hours.

SAFETY AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Possession or use of drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited. Violations will be reported to the police and dealt with in accordance with the law.

FIRE SAFETY

  • Upon arrival, please familiarize yourself with the evacuation plan and the locations of fire extinguishers.
  • In the event of a fire, call 112 immediately and evacuate the building.
  • If the exit is blocked, remain in your room, seal the door with wet towels, and signal for help through the window.
  • Use fire extinguishers only in emergencies – misuse will be charged.
  • Always switch off the stove before leaving the apartment.
  • It is forbidden to bring flammable, explosive, or strongly odorous substances into the apartment.
  • If the fire alarm is triggered intentionally or due to negligence (e.g. smoking or cooking in prohibited areas), the responsible person will be charged for the fire department's intervention.

PETS

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • You are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
  • Before leaving, please wash and put away all used dishes.
  • Final cleaning is charged according to the current price list for all reservations shorter than 3 nights.
  • Additional cleaning during your stay is available by request and will be charged according to the price list.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • The apartment owners do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen personal belongings (e.g. money, jewelry, documents).
  • Forgotten items will only be returned upon your request, and shipping costs will be covered by the guest.
  • We also do not accept liability for damage to vehicles parked in the parking area.

MONITORING AND VIOLATIONS

The house rules are monitored by the owner and the property manager, who have the right to check compliance at any time and in any part of the premises.

Guests who violate the house rules despite warnings will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. In such cases, the full cost of the stay and any additional damage must be paid by the guest.
